Apartment on the ground floor of a building within walking distance from everything you could need. It is located in a central area but far enough from all the tourist noise. It is located in a residential neighbourhood, within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from the Zocalo(which is the main square of the city), the tourist area and all amenities. You can do everything walking it is close to the bus stop, markets, grocery stores, laundries, restaurants.
It is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, Smart TV with Roku, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix for movies and series, sky news and other Roku channels. It has hot water all the time, gas stove with oven, kettle, microwave, big fridge with freezer, fast and reliable internet, private bathroom, there is a terrace on the top of the building with a 360 degrees view of the city. The flat is perfect for independent travellers who like having their own space and be self-sufficient while travelling. It is located in a residential neighbourhood with locals and foreigners. The building has 9 apartments, there are permanent residents and travellers living there. Almost all of them speak English so If you don't speak Spanish you will still have someone to talk to.
Guests have a complete apartment for themselves, they can access to the common area which is the terrace, it has furniture and it has a 360 degrees view of the city.
You will get a perfectly clean apartment with 2 pairs of sheets a paper roll, soap and a towel. Right now I don't have a full-time maid so if you want further cleanings you will have to let me know in advance to make appointments with the cleaner. Full cleaning of the apartment has a price of 250 pesos, full cleaning of the apartment with a change of sheets and a towel has a price of 350 pesos. There are cleaning tools in a small room in front of the building that you can use in case you want to clean yourself. The laundry is located about 5 minutes walking you can wash there your clothes and your sheets and towel.
Chedrahui is about 8 minutes walking you can buy there all your consumables. There is a water dispenser 2 minutes walking to the apartment where you can refill your water bottle, they deliver directly to your apartment if you tell them.
The flat is a turn-key rental. You are responsible for your consumables including drinking water. There is a grocery store two minutes from the apartment and a Chedrahui store which is the Mexican version of Walmart, it is 8 minutes walking.
The neighbourhood is close to the main square of the city and all attractions. It is a residential neighbourhood although there are several buildings for tourists and foreigners. It is still part of the centre so it has the same restriction of construction than the tourist area. Hence, you will see mostly old houses, our building is the tallest in the neighbourhood so the view is amazing.
You are within walking distance from the tourists amenities 10-15 minutes but you can enjoy the conveniences of a residential area (Cheap authentic mexican Markets, Chain supermarkets, authentic and affordable restaurants, shops, water dispensers, laundries, bus stops, quietness, etc.
