Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 50% or 2000 pesos whichever is more convenient for you. It can be made to our Mexican bank account, by Paypal (using this method we ́ll charge you Paypal ́s commission of 95 pesos). Please let us know which method you would prefer and we will send you the information you will require.Upon arrival or the following day, payment of the full rent (minus 1000 pesos of deposit) of your stay is required or one months rent if it is monthly. We ́ll also ask for a Security Deposit of 1000 pesos, since it will be returned upon departure when we receive the apartment keys and if everything is in the room as it was at arrival. Changes to arrival or departure date can be made without charge only when it is made with a minimum of 1 month notice and depending on availability.
In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit can be refunded minus 500 pesos/40 usd fee for administrative expenses and bank commissions) with at least 45 day notice before the planned arrival date
* We do not accept children under 15 years old.
* We do not accept pets.
